This Information Notice has been prepared to inform you, in our capacity as the data controller, regarding the personal data processed through the alanyalegaloffice.com website (“Site”) managed by Alanya Attorney and Legal Consultancy Office (“Office” or “Data Controller”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

  • Fulfilling our legal obligations and providing information to authorized public institutions and organizations.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Pursuant to Article 5/2-c of the KVKK; processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract (preliminary interview processes regarding your legal service request),

  • Pursuant to Article 5/2-ç of the KVKK; it is mandatory for the data controller to be able to perform its legal obligations,

  • Pursuant to Article 5/2-f of the KVKK; processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate your fundamental rights and freedoms (site security, increasing service quality),

  • Pursuant to Article 5/1 of the KVKK; your explicit consent regarding non-essential cookies.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our IT and hosting service providers, legally authorized public institutions, and judicial authorities, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent or a legal basis, and is never sold for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are being used in accordance with their purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

  • Request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the KVKK,

  • Request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with rectification, erasure, or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,

  • Claim compensation for any damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

8. Method of Application

You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed above, along with documents verifying your identity, in writing to the address: Hacet Mh. Keykubat Blv. Selçuk Apt. No:136 K:4 D:8, 07400 Alanya/Antalya, or send them via e-mail to info@alanyalegaloffice.com. In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
